The G-Class has conquered the world. Now it's time for the road. The new axle architecture – made up of front independent wheel suspension and rear rigid axle – allows a whole new level of vehicle dynamics and comfort. A further highlight is the newly developed electromechanical steering – it noticeably relieves the driver and ensures more precise steering characteristics. As is right for a G-Class, the new front axle is also designed at maximum height for cross-country in order to be able to continue to guarantee the best possible ground clearance.
